A practice using Antevasin Design has sent you a link to a drawing, a document or a specification. You do not need an account.
Opening it
- Open the link in the email. It is yours alone: it was made for your email address.
- Choose Continue. A 6-digit code is emailed to the same address.
- Enter the code. The drawing, document or 3D model opens in your browser.
A code lasts 15 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then choose Resend code. If it has expired, open the link again for a fresh one.
What you can do
- Read and download what the practice has shared. A 3D model can be walked around in the browser.
- Comment. You can write to the practice about what you are looking at, and read their replies. Whether you can also see other recipients' comments is the practice's choice; by default you see only your own conversation.
- Come back later. The link keeps working until the practice withdraws it.
What you cannot do
You cannot change what was shared. It is a frozen copy of what the practice issued, so it will not alter underneath you. If the practice sends you a revised version, it comes with a new link, and the earlier link then tells you a newer version exists.
Keeping it private
Do not forward the link: it is tied to your address, and the code goes to you. If a colleague needs to see the drawing, ask the practice to send it to them directly. The practice can see when each link was opened and what was viewed or downloaded.
If a link says it is no longer available
The practice has withdrawn it. Contact the practice that sent it.
